The Rolling Grill

The Rolling Grill BBQ was started by Pitmaster/Grillmaster Eric Thomas. 

After years of cooking for family and friends, Eric decided to take his cooking on the road.  In 2004 The Rolling Grill BBQ was born in Atlanta, Ga.  The Rolling Grill began as catering company, but quickly entered the competitive BBQ world.

Eric's vast knowledge of BBQ & Grilling has given him the opportunity to compete on the hit TV shows like BBQ Pitmasters Season 4 & 5, BBQ Pitwars Season 2 and recently Food Network Chopped (Gold Medal Games). Eric has also written a book entitled,  How to Start a Homebased Food Truck Business published in July 2012.

Eric was 1 of 30 Pitmasters from around the country asked to be a Barbeque Brand Ambassador for Kraft’s ‘Garland Jack Secret Six BBQ Sauce, Western Premium BBQ Products, Stubbs BBQ Sauce, Tyson's Chicken, and Coca Cola.

Eric is now a Certified Kansas City Barbeque Society Judge and shares his knowledge of cooking by offering BBQ 101 & Advance Pitmaster cooking classes around the country.
