Eric Thomas is the Pitmaster/Owner of The Rolling Grill and built his foundation of producing great Barbecue by catering & cooking for thousands around the country since 2004. Eric has cooked on reverse flow, gravity feed and traditional charcoal smokers.
Eric has been a Brand Ambassador for companies such as Kraft's Garland Jack Secret Six BBQ Sauce, Stubbs BBQ Sauce, Western Premium Smoking Woods and has cooked up awesome Que at places like Bass Pro Shop Grand Opening in Bristol, Tennessee and various Sams Clubs across the state representing companies such as Coke and Tyson Chicken.
Eric's most recent cooking adventure was doing cooking demos at the National Hardware Convention in Las Vegas May 2018 with the company Duraflame.
In June 2012 Eric shared his experiences in his book "How to Start a Home-Based Food Truck Business" that was published by Globe Pequot Press. Eric has also developed a line of BBQ seasoning that are available at online store RGrill Seasoning.
